In the area of Civil Identification in Angola, MTD House Systems and its partner DGM Sistemas acted in the implementation of the Identification Card Reformulation and Modernization of Criminal Record Reformulation Program. A complex program, carried out from 2009 to 2017, which included all operations necessary to meet the needs of the population and the Angolan Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. THE WHOLE PROGRAM WAS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE CITIZEN WITH THE IDENTITY CARD AT THE SAME TIME OF APPLICATION, ANYWHERE FROM THE COUNTRY.
The ID Card and Criminal Record Issuance System is centrally installed in a robust state-of-the-art Data Center specifically designed for the project.
In order to offer the Identity Card to as many citizens as possible, a vast network for issuing the Identity Card has been implemented. This network is composed of Fixed Stations, structured real estate and intended specifically for this purpose; Mobile Stations, trucks and vans with full structure for ticketing and maintenance of the inland travel service team when needed and the state-of-the-art Suitcases capable of completing the entire issuing process anywhere in the world.
An important step of the Program was the digitization and inclusion in the System Database of all registrations prior to the beginning of the Identity Card Program executed by the company. A major data digitization and indexing project was designed to eliminate any possibility of error, redundancy or data loss.
In relation to the records the same work was done for the Criminal Records. Thus, all data was made available for immediate real-time consultation, reducing waiting times and the risk of information failure in these areas of National Security.
TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
Thousands of hours of technological and operational training were given to the staff of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Angola. This is a practice and a permanent determination of our companies, in the process of knowledge transfer, in addition to the training given in training rooms, technical laboratories, and the application of the on-job system, several technicians were also sent for training abroad.

RESTRUCTURING OF THE REGISTRY AND NOTARY SERVICES OF THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AND HUMAN RIGHTS OF ANGOLA
The project has as a goal the restructuring of the areas of maintenance, support and development of the applications, systems and computer equipment in the services of the Registries and notary, as well as of the Unique Office of the Company of MINJUSDH. The services aim to meet the objectives of the National Development Plan 2018-2022 and serve the following systems:
IT services to update the infrastructure of the Court of Auditors and update servers, storage, backup and interconnection of the central system to Disaster Recovery.
Planning and implementation of the Integrated Management System, including budget, budgetary execution and oversight.
